Following a decade as head chef at the renowned Jeremy’s Restaurant in Borde Hill, Jimmy Gray and partner Maria Chilton set up their own private chef and catering business – Angelica Food – in Autumn 2022.

This one-off event in the BITE Sussex Spring food & drink festival is their first pop-up in Brighton and will see them serve up a three course dinner with welcome snack and cocktail inspired by their year-long journey traveling (and eating) around the countries of South East Asia.
