One of the key objectives of Bite Sussex is the promotion of hospitality careers and encouraging talented young people to enter into our industry. So we're teaming up with Jeremy's Restaurant for a one-off dinner showcasing exceptional young kitchen talent alongside great Sussex food and drink.

Each young chef will be matched with a local food producer and also a local drinks producers to create a matched dish, under the watchful eye of head chef Jimmy Gray. Our producer partners will also be introducing their locally grown and made food and drink.


This one-off meal includes canapés on arrival, starter, main, amuse and dessert with a matched drink. Additional wines are available to purchase by the glass/bottle on the night. 

Dietary requirements: please notify Jeremy's Restaurant at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements as otherwise, due to the nature of this event, they will not be able to be accommodated on the night.

Seating: tables and seating will be pre-allocated.
