Simon is a Henley-based professional chef with experience spanning 25 years across the hospitality industry working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the UK and the Channel Islands for some of the industry’s greatest (and sometimes fiercest) chefs including Gordon Ramsey and Marco Pierre White to name just two.
He set up his own premium catering business in 2022 and has gone from strength-to-strength proving fine in-home dining to demanding clients in Oxfordshire, Sussex, Surrey and London.
From three course dinners through to multiple course tasting menus, Simon and his professional service team can cater for two through to 200.
