BITE Sussex is brought to you by the original team behind the renowned Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival. After over a decade of celebrating Sussex food and drink, we’ve re-booted the concept to ensure it's relevance for the 2020s.

Each year we host events that bring together local hospitality business and quality food and drink producers from our region to showcase the best of Sussex to you through tours, tastings, one-off dinners and drinks promotions including our monthly BITE Sussex Meanwhile Monday pop-ups and forthcoming Regency Banquet at the stunning Royal Pavilion in September.
We're also recognising the huge contribution that both talented and young people make to our industry through the annual BITE Sussex Rising Stars Awards and Sussex Bartender of the Year competition.

Behind-the-scenes, we also support our partner businesses with two annual trade tasting events to connect producers with buyers and work tirelessly across the year on PR opportunities and exciting regional and international collaborations. Jeremy's Restaurant
Formerly Jeremy's Restaurant, this amazing space with all its options including marquee and a beautiful Victorian terrace and walled garden, has now taken on a different purpose and offering Jeremy's will be, well, still here!
Over the coming year you can still book those much loved spaces for private parties, etc. There will be occasional evenings with pop-up chefs, a Christmas market and a Christmas carol sing-a-long and supper.
What's more, they have a new association with vibrant Italian food expert, author and TV personality Valentina Harris. Valentina will accompany select groups beyond that screen and through the hallowed kitchen doors, where they will don aprons and participate in enticing hands-on cookery classes. Lunch in the restaurant will follow sessions on pasta, edible gifts, truffles, cheese, Italian party nibbles, and more. Spaces are limited so do hurry and book.
With much of their front-of-house and kitchen team moving over to Elvira's as well as to Jeremy's events, the team all look forward to seeing you again.
