This stand-alone fire cooking restaurant & cocktail bar in Worthing (or Wurvin’ as the locals say) has become the get to know spot for flame loving foodies and cocktail connoisseurs.

Think New York-esque speakeasy dive bar meets backyard barbecue garden party; Macmillans offers the very best of British produce, bold flavours and bespoke cocktails.

Dishes to look out for are “Crispy Lamb Belly, Dem Miso, Jalapeno & Pea Shoots” , “Pork Carnitas Tacos, Barbecued Belly, Cheek Crackling, Salsa, Charred Pineapple” and their “800g Cote De Boeuf - Rib On The Bone” is a serious bit of grub!

If you don’t fancy meat, no worries, as their Vege/Vegan options are just as impressive. From “Heritage Tomatoes, Pistachio Pesto, Rosemary, Charred Sourdough, Mint” to “Smashed Cucumber, Snake Beans, Peanuts, Chilli & Cherry Tomatoes”– there’s also banging selection of small plates and big cuts from the grill and these guys are the best spot for burgers & buns in town.

To add to this, Macmillans is home to Worthing’s most experienced mixologists and this Summer they have curated a saucy ‘Tiki Style’ cocktail menu, to enjoy in their backyard beer garden and roof terrace.

Whether you’re coming for coffee & brunch in the sunshine or late night weekend antics, you’ll receive a friendly welcome, a lively atmosphere and laid back service.
