TASTE SUSSEX

 

Taste Sussex is a brand new restaurant from local chef Phil Bartley and drinks expert Steve Pineau.

​

Based in the former Frankie & Benny's site in Brighton Marina, Taste is a clever take on the traditional branded restaurant that diners have come to expect from the area.

​

Phil and Steve have used their extensive knowledge of the industry to bring a playful twist on the menus, using local ingredients they have taken the branded menu and turned it upside down.

​

With no microwaves in sight they have created a high volume restaurant without the bog standard food and drink normally associated with it.
