Wiston Estate is one of the country’s most celebrated and awarded sparkling wine producers. Set within Wiston Estate’s 6000 acres on the South Downs, the vineyards benefit from ideal conditions for grape growing.

Guests will be taken through the story of the estate and learn about the vines, which now surround the winery and restaurant. Walk through the winery taking in the traditional Champagne coquard press (unique in the UK), tank and barrel halls and finish up with a tutored tasting of a selection of their award-winning Wiston wines in the new tasting room.
