A fond and heartfelt farewell to our friends at

Jeremy's Restaurant

Award-winning restaurant Jeremy’s have been welcoming diners for over forty years and will be sorely missed.

Jeremy, his wife Vera and their team, led by head chef Jimmy Gray in the kitchen, have a genuine affection for their customers, many of whom have followed their culinary journey in Sussex throughout the last forty years and have come to love the warm and welcoming atmosphere the couple have created.

The last service will be dinner on Friday 1 October. Having served creative, modern menus, it really was "The world on your plate in the heart of Sussex".

The good news is that Cafe Elvira will re-open from Wednesday 20 October, after Jeremy and Vera return from their well earned holiday.

We wish them all the very best.
