Cheer on Brighton & Hove's fastest oyster shuckers outside the world-famous English's of Brighton Restaurant & Oyster Bar on Sunday 28 June. Professionals from the city's best seafood restaurants will go head-to-head competition to see who can shuck the cleanest and quickest with the winner being crowned Brighton Oyster Queen or King of the Year! Oysters shucked during the competition are available to spectators at £6 for a half dozen with all money donated to Martlets hospice.
