Cheer on Brighton & Hove's fastest oyster shuckers outside the world-famous English's of Brighton Restaurant & Oyster Bar on Saturday 20 June. Professionals from the city's best seafood restaurants will go head-to-head competition to see who can shuck the most in three minutes with the winner being crowned Brighton Oyster Queen or King of the Year! Oysters shucked during the competition are available to spectators at £1 each with all money donated to a local charity.
