During Brighton Oyster Festival 2026, we join our friends at Brighton Toy & Model Museum for a charity evening of Sussex sparkling wine and seafood canapés.

 

Explore the world-renowned collection of classic toys and trains, whilst enjoying three glasses of locally produced wine presented by winemakers alongside seafood snacks from Brighton chefs (a vegetarian option is available if booked in advance).

 

All proceeds from this event are donated to the museum charity to ensure the future of the collection.
