Calling all Sussex-based professional bartenders! Hosted in conjunction with Mixology Group and My Brighton hotel, this week we announce the launch of our 'Sussex Surprise' cocktail competition featuring wonderful local distilleries including Bolney Gin, Brighton Gin, Brooksteed Gin, Madame Jennifer Distillery and Slake Spirits, alongside a host of locally produced ingredients including Fitz English sparkling wine, MDTEA, Redroaster coffee and Wobblegate Orchard.
The name of the game is connecting local producers with bartenders and hospitality buyers, so we can collectively see more Sussex spirits and wider food/drink on the shelves and menus of bars, restaurants, hotels and retailers.
