On Sunday 18 April 2021, we reveal our opening line-up of BITE Sussex partners – our ‘coalition of the Sussex food and drink willing’ working together collaboratively to put our great hospitality, farming and production on the national and international gastronomic map. We’re now busy planning our BITE festival programme of events for September alongside the BITE Rising Stars Awards (championing careers, young people and emerging talent in food and drink) and a host of business-to-business activations to connect hospitality buyers with quality local growers and producers.
