The team at Isaac At created a one-off seasonal and hyperlocal three course dinner with cheeseboard with matched drinks from Stopham Wine Estate (West Sussex), Wiston Wine Estate (West Sussex), Brighton Gin and Wobblegate Orchard.
With two sold out sittings, the carefully thought out menu really wowed diners.
